Phuket attractions: entrance fees, opening hours, and how to get there

It’s convenient to explore Phuket by grouping its attractions into Old Town, southern temples and viewpoints, and the west coast beaches. It takes about 40–60 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport (HKT) to most accommodations. There is no metro on the island, so get around by Grab or Bolt, taxi, or songthaew. During the rainy season, roughly May to October, the sea on the west coast can get rough.

At Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, modest clothing that covers your shoulders and knees is recommended. Remove your shoes inside Wat Chalong buildings.
