How to complete the TDAC arrival card, step by step (as of 2026)
All foreign nationals going through Thai immigration must submit a TDAC, whether or not they qualify for a visa exemption. Complete it for free on the official website within 3 days before your arrival date, including that date. Have your passport, flight details, address in Thailand, and health declaration information ready, then enter them in order.
At a glance
- The TDAC is an online arrival information form that replaces the paper TM6.
- Foreign nationals going through Thai immigration must submit one whether arriving by air, land, or sea.
- Submit within 3 days before your arrival date, including the day you arrive in Thailand.
- The official website is tdac.immigration.go.th, and submission is free.
- Infants and children each need their own TDAC. You can include up to 10 people in one submission.
When and who needs to submit a TDAC?
Travelers who are not Thai nationals must submit a TDAC, whether or not they qualify for a visa exemption. This applies to arrivals by air, land, or sea if they go through Thai immigration.
Submit within 3 days before your arrival date, including that date. You do not need to submit one if you are only transiting through an airport without going through Thai immigration.
Where do I complete the TDAC, and how much does it cost?
Complete it on the Thai Immigration Bureau’s official website, tdac.immigration.go.th. Official submissions are free, so use the official domain instead of similar sites that charge a fee.
How do I complete the TDAC arrival card?
Have your passport, flight information, address in Thailand, and an email address you can access ready, then enter them on the official website. The form asks for passport details, flight and arrival date, address in Thailand, purpose of travel, health declaration information, and email address.
- Visit the official website
Go to tdac.immigration.go.th and start your TDAC submission.
- Enter passport details
Check your passport and enter its details in the form.
- Enter flight details and arrival date
Enter your flight number and arrival date in Thailand.
- Enter your address in Thailand and purpose of travel
Enter the address where you’ll be staying in Thailand and your purpose of travel.
- Enter health declaration information
Complete the health declaration as prompted by the form.
- Enter an email address and submit
Enter the email address where you want to receive the TDAC, then submit.
Do family members and children need separate TDACs?
Every non-Thai traveler, including infants and children, needs their own TDAC. A representative can gather and submit information for family members or a travel group, with up to 10 people included in one submission.
How can I correct information after submitting?
You can correct eligible details using the “Update Arrival Card” feature. You cannot change your name, passport number, nationality, or date of birth this way. If any of these details are wrong, submit a new TDAC with the correct information. If the same person submits more than once, the most recent submission is valid.
What if I complete it after arrival or enter Thailand again?
If you could not submit in advance or cannot access the internet or a smartphone, you can use a TDAC kiosk and Wi-Fi at the arrival airport. The official FAQ lists kiosks at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Hat Yai airports.
A TDAC is valid for one entry on the arrival date shown. Submit a new one every time you re-enter Thailand after leaving.
What to do in these situations
When submitting for your family
Gather each traveler’s information and include up to 10 people in one submission. Children and infants must each have their own details entered.
If there’s an error in your submission
First, check whether the item can be corrected using “Update Arrival Card.” If a key passport detail is wrong, submit a new TDAC with the correct information.
If you couldn’t submit in advance
Complete it at a TDAC kiosk at the arrival airport using Wi-Fi. Kiosks are available at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Hat Yai airports.
When re-entering Thailand
Your existing TDAC is valid for just one entry on the listed arrival date, so submit a new one.
